The company has mastered the technical field of single crystal production equipment, especially a carbon/tungsten carbide composite material and its preparation methods, fasteners, and applications.
A preparation method for carbon/tungsten carbide composite materials, comprising the following steps:
Step S1: Provide carbon fiber preforms;
Step S2: Immerse the carbon fiber preform in a dispersed solution containing tungsten carbide, reinforcing agent, and binder, dry to remove solvent, and obtain a carbon fiber preform with tungsten carbide distributed on the inner wall and/or surface;
Step S3: Press and shape carbon fiber preforms with tungsten carbide distributed on the inner wall and/or surface to obtain carbon/tungsten carbide preforms;
Step S4: Sinter the carbon/tungsten carbide body. The preparation method of the above-mentioned carbon/tungsten carbide composite material introduces tungsten carbide into the carbon fiber preform, making the product have a density similar to tungsten carbide, thereby significantly improving the density and mechanical strength of the product.
