China titanium alloy pipe manufacturer successfully developed martensitic heat-resistant steel seamless pipe Hay:A02HBHR Hay:A02HBHR

On November 7th, HBHR Nuclear Equipment Technology Group used the nuclear power main pipeline and the main pipeline trouser-shaped tee produced by a 50,000-ton extruder. It can be described as a'super pipeline', a high-end pipeline, and a'high-precision' in steel pipe Products fill the gap in the industry.

Ultra-supercritical high-temperature resistant steel pipe is a new type of high-temperature resistant material determined to be used in the 630℃ ultra-supercritical national demonstration power station. It was successfully developed by HBHR and China Iron and Steel Research Institute in three years of scientific research and trial production. After several rounds of trial production, the engineering supply conditions are now available.

The successful development of high-temperature steel pipes will upgrade China's thermal power generation units and further improve the thermal efficiency of thermal power plants, with a basic guarantee.

HBHR has issued 10 group standards in the field of steel pipes, including "New Martensitic Heat-Resistant Steel Seamless Steel Tubes for Power Stations". "Li Qi of the Steel Pipe Subcommittee of the National Steel Standardization Technical Committee said at the meeting. At present, from an international perspective, China has 113 steel pipe standards, ranking first in the world. China’s existing steel pipe standards include 83 national standards. There are 30 industry standards. From each category, seamless steel pipe has the largest number of standards, reaching 50.
