On November 13, the 5#ESP headless steel strip production line project of RZGT Steel Technology Group completed the commissioning and officially put into production.
RZGT`s CTO Xu Wenyuan said: “The No. 5 ESP foreign commissioning experts have entered the site one after another since September 10, and more than 30 people have arrived at the site. In terms of commissioning progress, the single-unit work of the continuous casting equipment has entered the automated commissioning stage. The rolling part also enters the automated debugging part".
RZGT`s 5#ESP headless steel strip production line project is the fifth ESP production line introduced by RZGT from China and the sixth ESP production line in the world. Its thinnest design is 0.5mm, which is at the world’s leading level. After the project is put into production, it will further strengthen the ESP industrial cluster effect of RZGT.
"The first four ESP production lines of RZGT have achieved 0.8 mm batch rolling and 0.6 mm test rolling. After the No. 5 ESP is put into production, 0.7 mm batch rolling and 0.5 mm test rolling will be realized. Later, it will continue to explore to achieve comprehensive The production mode of replacing cold rolling with hot rolling." Xu Wenyuan said.
