The products of this project are mainly large-size single crystal and polycrystalline diamond chips, which have excellent application prospects in many high-tech fields. The large-size single crystal diamond prepared by the MPCVD method is widely used in the fields of electricity, electrochemistry, optics, and heat. Pan Hongxing also cited application examples of high-end instruments such as electrode precision cutting tools, wear resistance, thermal applications, and light windows.
ZZML's large single crystal diamond functional material project has a total investment of 220 million yuan, and an annual output of 300,000 pieces of high-grade, large-size functional diamonds. The project is constructed in three phases, with an investment of 100 million yuan in the first phase. It mainly builds a single crystal diamond production line. Production of 80,000 single crystal functional diamonds; the second phase invests 50 million yuan to build a polycrystalline functional diamond film production line with an annual output of 200,000 polycrystalline functional diamond films; the third phase invests 70 million yuan to expand the scale of the single crystal diamond production line.
At present, the construction of 2000 square meters of clean workshop has been completed, 14 CVD equipment and 2 laser cutting machines have been debugged and produced, 5 large-scale CVD equipment has been researched and developed and are being debugged, and the remaining CVD equipment is being ordered.
The project has successfully developed high-performance, high-grade large-size functional diamond and trace element doped diamond film technology. The performance of the product has reached the leading level at home and abroad, and has been highly concerned and recognized by domestic and foreign merchants. After the project is completed, ZZML It will become a leading domestic and foreign superhard material industrial base integrating large single crystal diamonds, abrasive diamonds, optical grade diamonds, and electronic grade diamonds.
