In 2018, SDRZ Advanced Materials Technology Group wholly acquired the mature PVC structural foam production process and complete production line of a foreign-funded enterprise. After that, through cooperation with domestic universities and scientific research institutions, its process, equipment and formulations have been continuously optimized. It has completely independent independent intellectual property rights, covering various specifications and models of PVC structural foam materials such as general-purpose, high-temperature resistant, super microporous, etc., mainly serving aerospace, rail transit, wind power, yachts and ships and other fields. At this stage, 80% of China's PVC structural foam market demand is dependent on imports. After the company's production capacity is released, it can effectively alleviate the shortage of blade core materials on the wind power industry.
At present, SDRZ has passed ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification and DNVGL certification for international wind power industry access. The series of PVC structural foam products have been used in large quantities of wind power blades above 70 meters in areas such as Japan and Taiwan in locomotives and ships.
