Chinese magnesium alloy, aluminum-titanium alloy, aluminum-titanium-boron, aluminum-strontium alloy manufacturers build new alloy die-casting and deformation processing projects Hay:A03NJYH

NJYH Special Alloy Group plans to build new aluminum alloy, aluminum intermediate alloy and aluminum-magnesium alloy die-casting and deformation processing (Phase I project) projects.

The total investment of the project is 1.2 billion yuan, and it will be constructed in two phases. This project is a first-phase project, covering an area of 15.09 hectares, with a construction area of more than 100,000 square meters. It mainly builds production plants, comprehensive buildings, warehouses and related ancillary facilities. It is planned to purchase production equipment, build a new high-performance semi-continuous aluminum alloy rod production line with an annual output of 200,000 tons, and an annual production line of 50,000 tons of magnesium and aluminum alloy extrusion profiles. The second phase of the project is an aluminum-titanium-boron wire with an annual output of 20,000 tons, an aluminum intermediate alloy project with an annual output of 30,000 tons, and a magnesium and aluminum alloy die-casting project with an annual output of 30,000 tons.

The project has an annual output of 200,000 tons of high-performance semi-continuous aluminum alloy casting rod project and an annual output of 50,000 tons of magnesium and aluminum alloy extruded profiles. The cleaner scraps generated during the production process and the recyclable aluminum ingots produced in the workshop, After being collected by enterprises, they will be used as raw and auxiliary materials for the annual output of 50,000 tons of aluminum alloy ingot by-product projects, thereby improving resource utilization.

The produced aluminum rods, aluminum alloy ingots, and extruded profiles will be used in aerospace, automotive, and shipbuilding industries. They are special alloys for advanced equipment and advanced non-ferrous metal materials, and they are also new metal materials.

With the development of lightweight vehicles, the use of lightweight and higher-performance alternative materials has become the mainstream of automotive development. Magnesium alloys have gradually become another new lightweight material after high-strength steels and aluminum alloys. Magnesium alloy has obvious weight reduction effect, at the same time has excellent damping, high impact resistance, heat dissipation, green environmental protection, 100% recyclable and other characteristics. Compared with other automobile manufacturing materials, it has unique advantages and is the future automotive lightweight material. One of the development trends.

In recent years, the scale of the magnesium alloy automotive die casting industry has gradually expanded, and the magnesium alloy die casting product series has also gradually expanded: steering wheel skeleton, airbag bracket, seat bracket, instrument panel bracket, clutch housing, oil filter housing, etc. Parts can be made of magnesium alloy.

NJYH Special Alloy Group was established in 1993 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2007. After more than 20 years of development, the company has grown into a high-tech enterprise integrating mining, non-ferrous metal smelting and processing. The group has more than 10 subsidiaries in Jiangsu, Shanxi, Anhui, Guangdong, Hubei and Inner Mongolia. Its products are widely used in transportation, 3C electronics and aerospace industries. Facing the future, NJYH Special Alloys Group, relying on the leading advantages of magnesium, aluminum, strontium and other raw material fields, actively develops into the deep processing field and builds a company with international competitiveness in the entire industry chain.
