The second-phase project mainly uses scientific and technological achievements such as ZJHL's latest R & D horizontal continuous casting unit and technology, planetary rolling equipment and technology, intelligent continuous bright annealing furnace and process, and online annealing furnace and process. ) And Enterprise Resource Management System (SAP) applied to the intelligent production project of high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmentally friendly precision copper pipes with an annual output of 30,000 tons, to integrate the two with each other, change the traditional human-oriented manufacturing management model, and upgrade to fully automatic, high-information, high-efficiency New manufacturing management mode, in order to achieve the purpose of energy saving, consumption reduction, and environmental protection. After the completion of the project, the annual production capacity of high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmental-friendly precision copper pipes will be increased by 30,000 tons.
Thailand HL mainly produces small-diameter, thin-walled internally-threaded copper coils and smooth copper tubes for air-conditioning, oxygen-free copper tubes for electronic communications, etc., and is used in refrigeration fields such as air-conditioning and refrigerators. The products of the second phase project are high-end products in the industry, and are in line with international standards in terms of technology, quality and specifications. The additional capacity of 30,000 tons will bring the total production capacity of Thailand HL to 55,000 tons / year. Combined with the domestic and overseas production layout of ZJHL, it will definitely promote the rapid development of the Thai copper processing industry.
