Since then, by finely adjusting the partial pressure of hydrogen in the polymerizer, two ultra-high melt mass flow rate metallocene polypropylenes have been successfully developed.

The analysis results show that the catalyst has a series of excellent characteristics such as long active center life, good temperature resistance, and high hydrogen modulation sensitivity; various performance indicators of the product, including catalyst activity, melt mass flow rate, molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, isotacticity Degree, etc., all meet the index requirements. The catalyst system has good polymerization process adaptability and can be industrially produced on similar devices. This provides a reliable process flow and product performance index control parameters for subsequent large-scale production of metallocene polypropylene materials. The success of this industrial test proves that the metallocene catalyst system is an excellent catalyst system for further in-depth development of metallocene polypropylene products from ultra-high molecular weight polypropylene (mUHMWPP) to ultra-high melt mass flow rate polypropylene (mUHMIPP).
