The weight ratio of the (metal mixed powder) metal lithium powder, metal aluminum powder, metal beryllium powder, metal magnesium powder and metal titanium powder is 90 to 99%; 0.5 to 3%: 0.1 to 3%; 0.2 to 2%; 0.2 to 2%.

Cathode material formula:

The weight ratio of nanometer silicon carbide powder, silicon oxide, lithiated polyacetylene and metal mixed powder is 0.1 to 2%; 45 to 54.5%; 30 to 45%; 0.4 to 23%;

The weight ratio of the (metal mixed powder) metal lithium powder and metal lanthanum powder is 68 to 95%; 5 to 32%.

Steps:
