On July 28, the tubular ceramic membrane production line and the ultra-thin flat ceramic membrane production line invested by the Chinese ceramic membrane manufacturer CQPD Ceramic Membrane Technology Company were completed and put into operation

In November 2018, the CQPD ceramic membrane project with a total investment of 200 million yuan started. The main products of the project are ceramic membranes and their components, which are used in petrochemical, sewage treatment, biopharmaceutical and other fields. CQPD is a high-tech enterprise jointly founded by China JDZ Ceramics University and Foshan ZC Silicate Technology Co., Ltd. It is supported by the inorganic membrane team of Professor Wang Yongqing team of JDZ Ceramics University and has more than 20 patents. The main products are ceramic membranes and their components. .

The project plans to build two tubular ceramic membrane production lines and three ultra-thin flat ceramic membrane production lines. After completion, it will form a production capacity of 40,000 square meters of potting ceramic membranes and 1 million square meters of ultra-thin flat ceramic membranes. The membrane pore size is in the range of 5-800nm, covering microfiltration, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration.

Remarks: In 2015, the National International Science and Technology Cooperation Project "Research on the Upgrade of Ceramic Membrane Industrialization Preparation Technology" entrusted by the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China to undertake the acceptance of the project by Professor Wang Yongqing from the School of Materials Science and Engineering, JDZ Ceramics Institute After reporting, on-site inspection of the ceramic membrane pilot line, reviewing the project materials, inquiries and discussions, it was agreed that the research tasks specified in the project task contract reached the expected goal, and the overall technology reached the international advanced level, agreed to pass the acceptance, and recommended to further promote the project Industrialization of results. In 2016, at the first National Science and Technology Workers Innovation and Entrepreneurship Finals hosted by the China Association for Science and Technology, the project of "High Performance Ceramic Separation Membrane for Sewage Treatment" by Professor Wang Yongqing's team won the gold medal.
